All communication will take place via either phone call or e-mail. You will receive an updated status notification by 10:00 the following day, regardless of service level. Furthermore we will continue to monitor your shipment on a regular basis. If any delays or interruptions in service were to occur, you will be notified immediately—plenty early to communicate with your customer prior to the expected delivery. This allows adjustments to be made in production and distribution planning well in advance.
